Refund Policy

If you purchase a product that turns out to be defective, broken or wrong upon delivery, please email our customer service and we will be sure to find a solution.

It is possible to return any item purchased on Deflair™ up to 60 days after receiving the shipment.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


To make the return, you must send an email to deflairstore@gmail.com indicating

- order number

- the date of the order

- the product(s) you wish to return

- your bank details or your card details for the refund.

You will then have to wait for a message (by email) from our warehouse authorizing the return of the goods. At this point, you can send the package to the address communicated to you (this is not always the same address from which the product was originally shipped, so please be careful).



You are responsible for the shipping costs.



After verifying the condition of the goods, our warehouse will approve the refund, which will take place within 14 working days of receipt of the package.

In the event that the product does not meet the return conditions, the Deflair™ team reserves the right to assess a partial refund or not proceed with the refund.
